Fraser Crossing and Founder's Pointe, located in the new pedestrian village at Winter Park Resort, both offer classic mountain architecture balanced with modern amenities and shops. Just steps away are access to an outdoor spa and fireplace, - and of course, it's just a short walk to the village and lifts. The buildings also provide heated, controlled-access underground parking for both owners and their vacationing guests.
Located approximately 100 yards to the base area lifts at Winter Park Resort, Fraser Crossing and Founder's Pointe both provide easy access to the slopes, with great convenience to the new village shops, restaurants, and base activities.

(Saturday): 9:00a.m. to 12:00p.m.
(Sundays and Holidays): Closed
Deposits: A deposit of approximately 20% of the lodging value of the reservation, (plus the total value of any lift tickets purchased) is due at time of booking, with the final payment balance due 35 days prior to arrival. Lodging reservations made within 35 days of arrival are payable in full at time of booking reservation. PLEASE NOTE..Lift tickets are completely non-refundable once purchased.
Cancellation Policy (10/11 Winter Ski Season): Lodging cancellations made outside of 35 days of arrival are fully refundable, less a flat $100 cancel fee retained. The balance of your deposit is refunded to you. **For all holiday reservations made that include stays that touch the dates of 12/18/09 through 1/4/10, as well as the dates of 1/15-1/18 (MLK), 2/12-2/15 (President's Day), and 3/13-3/28 (Spring Break Weeks), there is a flat $200 cancel fee retained. The balance of your deposit is refunded to you. Inside 35 days of arrival, there are no refunds. **Please note all lift tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
Arrivals and Departures: Check-in time is after 4:00p.m. Check-in is at Zephyr Mountain Lodge, directly across Winter Park drive from the front of the Fraser Crossing / Founder's Pointe properties. Please present your confirmation at check-in. Check-out time is prior to 10:00a.m.
Sales tax and resort fees are additional to lodging cost to arrive at total value of reservation.
